Yet another peppercorn steak recipe
Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 x 8-12 oz New York Sirloins
- 3 tb Black Peppercorns
- 4 tb Butter
- 2 tb Brandy
- 5/8 c Double Heavy Cream
- 1) Crush the peppercorns and transfer to a plate. Press the steaks into the crushed peppercorn coating both sides.
