Rabbit fried no. 2

Ingredients:
- 1 Rabbit cut into pieces
- 3 Peppercorns per rabbit
- 1 Bay leaf per rabbit Salt
- 1/4 c Flour per rabbit
- 3/16 Stick butter
Instructions:
DIRECTIONS: Simmer rabbit pieces in salted water with peppercorns and bay leaves until tender. Dry pieces and dredge in flour.Fry under medium heat in butter until brown on all sides.
