Quick beer mustard




Yield: 2 Cups

Instructions:

Whisk the mustard together with the cold water in a medium sized bowl & set aside for 10 minutes. Stir in the beer & mix thoroughly. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to six months. This mustard makes an excellent addition to salad dressings. Vegetarian Gourmet Winter 1995
