Oatmeal macaroon cookies
Yield: 3 Dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 c Butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 2/3 c Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/2 c Quick oatmeal
- 1 c Flour
- 1 c Coconut
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1/2 ts Soda dissolved in 2 T. hot
Instructions:
-water Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven. Watch them carefully because they burn easily. They usually take me about 9-10 minutes. Remove while they still look a little gooey. Let them sit a minute before removing from pan.
