Lamb patties with kiwefruit sauce
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Lean ground lamb
- 2/3 c Soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 c Dry red wine or vegetable Broth
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Dried rosemary crushed
- 2 sm Cloves garlic minced MMMMM----------------------KIWIFRUIT SAUCE---------------------------
- 1 md Kiwifruit peeled and Mashed
- 1 tb Chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. Dried mint leaves crushed
- 2 ts Sugar
- 2 ts Lime juice
Instructions:
Prepare Kiwifruit Sauce by mixing all ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties each about 1 inch thick. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 10 to 14 minutes for medium doneness Turning once.
