Kentucky steak marinade
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 10 tb Bourbon
- 5 tb Low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tb White wine vinegar
- 2 tb Canola oil -- * see note
- 1/2 ts Lemon pepper
- 1/4 ts Black pepper
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 ts Garlic powder
Instructions:
OR 1 garlic clove -- Crushed * Use a mixture of oils if you wish or just regular vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients. Marinate steaks for at least 2 hours but preferably longer. Grill the steaks over an outdoor grill for best flavor (and to tempt your neighbors with the wonderful smell). Yield: 1-1/2 cups marinade.
