Indonesian pork tenderloin

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2lb pork tenderloin
• 1 Green lemon (juice only)
• 2 tb Soy sauce
• 2 tb Brown sugar
• 2 Cloves garlic crushed
• 1 tb Cumin
• 1 tb Curry powder
• 1 ts Sambal Ulek (see recipe)
• 1 tb Sesame oil
• 2 tb Peanut oil

Instructions:
