Inside out stuffed peppers
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 c Choped onion
- 1 cn Stewed tomatoes cut up - 16-ounces
- 1 lg Green pepper choped
- 1/2 c Uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
In a skillet brown beef drain. Transfer to a greased 2-qt casserole. Add the next 8-ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to the oven until cheese melts about 5 minutes.
