Ham loaf with horseradish glaze
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Ground ham
- 1 1/2 lb Ground pork
- 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 1/2 c Oats
- 4 Eggs; beaten
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 2 c Tomato juice ---Horseradish Glaze---
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 tb Flour
- 2 ts Dry mustard
- 8 tb Horseradish
Instructions:
Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9x13" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture.
