Easy beef stew
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cn veg-all #303 can 1 cn chopped mush rooms 8 ea potatoes quartered
- 1 cn early peas #303 can 1 cn carrots #303 can 1 1/2 lbs beef stew
Instructions:
meat 1 ea onion chopped 1 ea toe garlic chopped 1/2 ts cajun seasoning 1 ea bay leaf 1/2 cup sherry or red wine (optional) 2 cn golden mushroom soup & 1/2 cup water Put ingredients in crock pot in the above order. Cook on high 5 hours on high or 6 1/2 hours on low. serve over noodles or rice. From: Mahlon Wall
