Dijon pork steaks
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Boneless pork chops; 1 tb Dijon mustard;
- 3 tb Soy sauce; 1/8 ts Garlic powder;
- 1/4 c Dry white wine; 2 ts Vegetable oil;
- 2 ts Sherry extract;
Instructions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops. Marinate several hours or overnight. Broil or grill turning occasionally and basting until done to taste. Per serving: 28g protein. 11g fat 2g carb. 950mg sodium 83mg chol. 237 calories.
