Instructions:

-dry white wine Preheat oven to 350~. Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Set aside. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in water and margarine. Place over med-high heat and cook stirring constantly 5 mins. Remove pan from heat and stir in raisins and wine. Pour the mixture over ham. Bake uncovered 45 mins. or until tender. Per serving - 291 cal 24 g pro 31 g carbo 60 mg chol 1391 mg sod 8 g tot fat (2 g sat 1 g poly 4 g mono) Note - one serving of this dish provides most of the recommended daily amt. of sodium.
