Instructions:
SHAPE SAUSAGE INTO 8 PATTIES ABOUT 3/4 INCH THICK. PLACE ON RACK IN BROILER PAN. BAKE AT 375 DEG. F. FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. NOTE: TO MAKE AHEAD PREPARE AS DIRECTED THEN LET COOL COMPLETELY. WRAP IN ALUMINUM FOIL; REFRIGERATE. TO SERVE LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1 HOUR. BAKE AT 350 DEG. F. FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY.
