- 3 1/2 ts PAPRIKA
- 2/3 ts GARLIC POWDER
- 1/3 ts FENNEL SEED
- 1 ts BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 ts RED PEPPER
Instructions:
CRUSHED MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE PORK IN A SMALL BOTTLE OR DISH. SPRINKLE ON PORK AND MIX IN TO BLEND EVENLY. MIX SAUSAGE SEVERAL HOURS OR A DAY BEFORE USING.
