Walnut-raisin baked apples

Ingredients:

• 4 Apples peeled and cored as ...directed in Basic Baked ...Apples recipe
• 1/2 c Raisins
• 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
• 1/2 c Water
• 1/2 c Apple juice
• 1/4 c Honey
• 1 tb Unsalted butter

Instructions:

Fill cavities of prepared apples with raisins and chopped walnuts. Place apples in 8-inch square baking dish. Pour water and apple juice over all. Brush apple tops with honey and dot with butter. Bake according to directions in Basic Baked Apples recipe. FOR GROWN-UPS: For a romantic touch pour * cup warmed Calvados or applejack over baked apples and ignite with a match.
