New mexico style barbecued salmon
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz. each) salmon
Instructions:
: fillets : New Mexico Barbecue Sauce Two hours before cooking brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the sauce and refrigerate. Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and allow it to burn down to the embers. Grill the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
