Ham & potato casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 c SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 c HEAVY CREAM
- 1 1/2 ts SALT
- 6 ea POTATOES COOKED SLICED
- 3 ea HARD BOILED EGGS SLICED
- 2 c COOKED HAM CUBED
- 1 c RITZ CRACKERS CRUSHED
- 2 tb MELTED BUTTER
- 1/4 ts ONION SALT
Instructions:
COMBINE SOUR CREAM HEAVY CREAM AND SALT IN A BOWL. LAYER 1/2 THE POTATOES EGGS AND HAM IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH 1/2 THE SOUR CREAM MIX. REPEAT WITH THE OTHER 1/2 INGREDIENTS. MIX CRACKERS BUTTER AND ONION SALT AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CASSEROLE.
