Bbq pork sandwiches wtih five-vegetable slaw

- 1 1/2 lb Boneless pork shoulder; 2 in

- 4 lg Soft sesame-topped buns -----five-vegetable slaw----
- 5 c Green cabbage; finely shredd
- 1/2 c Red bell pepper; thinly slic
- 1/2 c Green bell pepper; thinly sl

- 3 Scallions; thinly sliced
- 1/3 c Mayonnaise
