Apple pork curry
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Lean pork cut into -- 1/2" Cubes
- 1 Apple
- 1 sm Onion -- chopped
- 1 Clove garlic -- crushed
- 1 ts Concentrated chicken broth
- 1 tb Curry powder
- 1/8 ts Cinnamon
- 2 ts Ground ginger
- 1/2 ts Salt
