Turkey fruit salad
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tb Honey
- 1/8 ts Ground ginger
- 2 c Cubed cooked turkey
- 11 oz Mandarin oranges; drained
- 1 c Unpeeled apple; chopped
- 1 c Grape halves
- 8 1/4 oz Pineapple chunks; drained
- 1/2 c Pecan halves; toasted
Instructions:
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME - FEB/MARCH 1996 In a large bowl combine mayonnaise honey and ginger. Stir in turkey oranges apple grapes and pineapple. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
