Turkey & mushroom burgers (fbfj97a)
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ea Egg white; (about 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 c White wine; dry
- 1/3 c Soft french bread crumbs
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 lb Ground turkey (breast best)
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/4 c Shallots; finely chopped
- 2 oz Mushrooms; finely chopped
- 1/2 x Cooking spray
Instructions:
In medium size bowl beat egg white and wine until blended. Stir in crumbs salt pepperm and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and mushrooms. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties each about 1/2 inch thick. Cook just like hamburgers either on the stovetop using non-stick spray on pan or on the grill (best!).
