Tofu patties
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c chopped celery
- 2 T oil
- 1 1/2 lb tofu (6 small cakes)
- 3 T arrowroot (or 2 T. cornstarch)
- 1 T soy flour
- 1 c chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 t salt
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 t thyme
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
Instructions:
Saute onion and celery in oil; mash tofu. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Bake on greased baking dish until browned at 375 degrees (about 20 minutes on each side). ~--
