Tangerine-salsa chicken

Instructions:

Mix together flour oregano basil cayanne & white pepper. Heat garlic oil in heavy skillet. slice chicken breasts into "pinky size" strips. Coat chicken in flour mixture and fry in HOT oil till golden brown. Remove chicken and discard oil. Deglaze pan w/ wine and reduce till half. Add Salsa and mix well.Reduce again then add chichen.
