Tangy tomato dip
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Ff yogurt
- 1 c Cottage cheese
- 1/4 c Tomato juice
- 1 tb Onion flakes
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 2 tb Catsup
- 1 ts Soy sauce
Instructions:
Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard soy sauce catsup tomato juice and onion flakes. Makes 2 cups.
