Tarragon cider sauce
Yield: 1 Cup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Apple cider
- 1/4 c Vinegar
- 1/4 c Green onion sliced
- 2 tb Butter
- 2 tb A-1 (tm) Steak Sauce
- 2 tb Honey
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Tarragon dried crushed
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions:
In saucepan combine cider vinegar green onion butter steak sauce honey salt tarragon and pepper. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Use to baste fish or poultry during last 15 minutes of grilling. Heat and pass remaining sauce.
