Syrup cupcakes
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 ts Nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c Steen's syrup
- 1 c Boiling water with
- 2 ts Soda
- 1 1/3 c Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 3/4 c Flour
- 1 ts Cinnamon Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl then add: 1 cup boiling water with 2 tsp soda added to it. Stir well then add gradually 2
- 3/4 cups flour. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 min. Bake in 2 round pans at
- 350 for 30-35 min. Bake as cupcakes at
- 325 for 20-25 min.
