Syrup cupcakes

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 c Sugar
• 1 ts Nutmeg
• 1 1/4 c Steen's syrup
• 1 c Boiling water with
• 2 ts Soda
• 1 1/3 c Oil
• 3 Eggs
• 2 3/4 c Flour
• 1 ts Cinnamon Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl then add: 1 cup boiling water with 2 tsp soda added to it. Stir well then add gradually 2
• 3/4 cups flour. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 min. Bake in 2 round pans at
• 350 for 30-35 min. Bake as cupcakes at
• 325 for 20-25 min.
