Suprise spread
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 x Cream Cheese (250gr)(8oz)
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1 c Seafood cocktail sauce
- 2 c Shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1 x Green pepper diced
- 3 x Green onion sliced
- 1 x Tomato
Instructions:
diced Beat together the cream cheese sour cream and mayo. Spread over 12" platter sprinkle remaining ingredients over mixture in order given. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with crackers. Served at Georges' staff party. She reserved a little mozzerella to sprinkle on top. Looks very nice. Tastes great.
