Spicy mustard dip
Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 pt Sour cream
- 2 tb Dijon style mustard
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1 ts Onion salt
- 3/4 ts Hot sauce
- 1 ts Dried parsley
Instructions:
Combine sour cream mustard salt pepper cayenne pepper onion powder hot sauce and parsley in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with vegetable crudite Prep. time: 2 1/2 hours Source: More Cajun Cooking : Modern Publishing
