Sour cream stuffed boneless chicken
Yield: 9 Servings MMM
Ingredients:
- 4 c Cooked cubed chicken
- 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cn Cream of celery soup
- 1 pt Sour cream
- 8 oz Package herb stuffing mix
Instructions:
Dash black pepper In a 9x13 inch oven pan layer the chicken soups and sour cream. Don't mix. Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions adding pepper to taste. Spread over the sour cream. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes. Serve like lasagna. Source: The Rose Cottage
