Sort gryte (norwegian black pot)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 10 1/2 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c Milk
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- 2 c Cooked diced chicken
- 1 c Cooked diced ham
- 10 oz Package frozen peas
- 2 Leeks cooked and cut into -1/2" pieces
- 4 Tomatoes peeled and -quartered
- 1/4 c Madeira wine
Instructions:
In a large saucepan combine soup milk salt and pepper; blend well. Heat. Stir in chicken ham peas leeks and tomatoes. Cook stirring occasionally until heated about 10 minutes. Stir in wine. 6 servings
