Sort gryte (norwegian black pot)
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 10 1/2 oz Can cream of mushroom soup 10 oz Package frozen peas
- 1 c Milk 2 Leeks cooked and cut into
- 1/2 ts Salt -1/2" pieces
- 1/2 ts Black pepper 4 Tomatoes peeled and
- 2 c Cooked diced chicken -quartered
- 1 c Cooked
Instructions:
diced ham 1/4 c Madeira wine In a large saucepan combine soup milk salt and pepper; blend well. Heat. Stir in chicken ham peas leeks and tomatoes. Cook stirring occasionally until heated about 10 minutes. Stir in wine. 6 servings
