Smoked salmon~ bacon & cheddar rolls

- 7 sl White bread crusts removed
- 4 oz Tillamook medium cheddar; -shredded
- 7 sl Bacon Slice a piece of smoked salmon into 1/8-inch thick approximately

Instructions:
bread and the bacon slices in half. Place a piece of smoked salmon at the end of bread and sprinkle with cheese. Roll bread and wrap a piece of bacon around it. Secure with a toothpick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400-degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is done. Serve warm.
