Skillet sticky chicken
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Oil
- 1 Pouch onion soup mix
- 1/4 c Barbecue sauce or ketchup
- 3 lb Broiler-fryer chicken cut up
- 1/2 c Apricot or peach preserves
- 1/4 c Water
Instructions:
In a 10" skillet over medium heat in hot oil cook chicken pieces until browned on all sides.Pour off fat.In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients;stir into skillet.Reduce heat to low;cover and simmer 30 minutes until chicken is tender stirring occasionally.
