Simple chinese cabbage chicken soup
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 c Chicken Stock
- 2 c Chinese Cabbage sliced
- 1 ds Soy Sauce
- 2 Green Onions sliced
- 4 tb Coriander
Instructions:
Bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add the cabbage and cook 30 seconds. Season with soy sauce. Garnish with green onions and coriander. Source: San Francisco Chronicle
