Sherry turkey tetrazzini
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 cn VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables -(16 oz)
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup -(10.25 oz)
- 1 cn Cream of chicken soup -(10.75 oz)
- 6 Servings of cooked spaghetti -or pasta of your choice
- 1 c Milk
- 1 c Sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c Sherry wine
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Heat oil and cook turkey. 2. Drain VEG-ALL; reserve liquid and combine with soups milk and wine. 3. Add soup mixture to spaghetti and wix with turkey vegetables mushrooms and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. 4. Bake at 400'F. for 30 minutes.
