Saucy chicken casserole
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken breasts whole cubed
- 2 tb Onion instant minced
- 1/2 c Dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c Water chestnuts sliced
- 1 c Potato chips crushed
- 1 c Rice uncooked
- 1 cn Cream/mushroom soup(10.75oz)
- 1 cn Mushroom stems/pieces(4oz)
- 1 cn Peas
Instructions:
drained(17oz) 1. Blend together chicken rice onion and soup in a large bowl. 2. Gently fold in sour cream mushrooms water chestnuts and peas. 3. Spread mixture in a greased 8-inch-square casserole; cover and bake in preheated 350'F. oven 30 minutes. 4. Sprinkle potato chips over top; bake uncovered 10 minutes longer.
