Roast turkey with chestnut filling
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ea Turkey
- 1 x *chestnut filling recipe
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1/4 c Flour
- 1 x Salt
Instructions:
Dress and clean turkey and fill with Chestnut Stuffing. Cream together the butter and flour and rub the legs wings and breast with the mixture. Place in oven (400-F) for 15 minutes. Season with salt.
