Ranch-style turkey kabobs
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Turkey tenderloins cut -into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 Zucchini sliced 1 " thick
- 1 Red bell pepper cut into -1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 c Purchased ranch salad
Instructions:
-dressing Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Thread turkey cubes zucchini slices and bell pepper pieces onto four 12 inch metal skewers. Brush each kabob with 1 tablespoon salad dressing. Place kabobs on spray-coated pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until turkey is golden brown and no longer pink turning once halfway through cooking.
