Queen ranch chicken
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Velvetta cheese -- cubed
- 12 oz Chicken
- 4 ts Lite margarine
- 1 Onion -- chopped
- 1 sm Can of green chilies -- Drained
- 14 oz Canned stewed tomatoes -- Chopped
- 4 ts Cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cn Chicken broth
- 4 Corn tortillas
Instructions:
Salt & pepper -- to taste Garlic powder -- to taste 1. In a non-stick pan sautŽ chicken and onion in margarine until done. 2. Add cornstarch and 1 cup broth. Cook 5 minutes. 3. Add 1/2 cup broth tomatoes green chilies and cook until thick. 4. In a casserole dish layer tortillas cheese and chicken mixture. 5.
