Pistachio jello cake
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pk White or yellow cake mix
- 1 pk Jell-o Pistachio Instant Pudding and Pie Filing
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c Club soda
- 1 c Oil
- 1/2 c Nuts chopped
- 1 1/2 c Milk cold
- 1 pk Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
- 1 pk Jell-o Pistachio Flavor
Instructions:
Instant Pudding Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl then b3eat 2 minutes at midium speed. Bake in greased floured 10" Bundt pan or 2 9" round cake pans at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack. Split into 3 layers if using the Bundt pan. Spread about 1 cup or more frosting between layers spoon rest into center. Chill. Garnish with chopped nuts or "decors". Frosting: Blend milk with Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix and Pistachio Instant Pudding. Whip until thickened; about 5 minutes.
