Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 c Finely chopped red onion
- 3 tb Fine chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tb Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 ea Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel seed and finely chop the tomato. Mix well and serve.
