Ingredients:
- 2 tb Diced onion
- 2 c Tomatoes roma/plum chopped
- 2 ea More serrano chiles
- 2 tb Fine chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 ts Sugar
- 1/4 cn Mexican beer
- 2 ts Salt
- 1 ea Juice of one lime
