Petits fours frosting
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 c Granulated sugar
- 1/8 ts Cream of tartar
- 1 c Hot water
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
Instructions:
About 1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar Cook granulated sugar cream of tartar and hot water to thin syrup (226ø). Cool to lukewarm (110ø).
