Pepperoni super spuds
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 Potatoes baking medium
- 1 Spaghetti sauce with meat>>>
- 15 1/2 oz. jar.
- 1 cn Corn whole kernel drained
- 1 pk Pepperoni sliced
- 4oz.
- 1/2 c Cheese
Instructions:
mozzarella or>>>>> Cheddar shredded. Wash potatoes; pat dry with paper towels. Prick several times with a fork; arrange on a microwave-safe plate. Cook uncovered on high for 14 to 17 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender rearranging once during cooking. Let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile for sauce in a 2 quart microwave-safe casserole stir together spaghetti sauce corn and pepperoni. Cook uncovered on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through stirring occasionally. To serve cut a deep slit in the top of each potato. Top with sauce and cheese. Yield: 4 main-dish servings
