Peanut butter nuggets
Yield: 18 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2/3 c Crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 c Peanut butter
- 2 tb Liquid honey or corn syrup
Instructions:
Combine 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs coconut peanut butter and honey; mix thoroughly. Measure out 2 tsp portions shape into balls. Roll in remaining corn flake crumbs.
