Peanut butter icing
Yield: 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1/2 lb Powdered sugar
- 3/8 c Pineapple juice
- 1/2 c Peanut butter
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
Instructions:
Cream together the butter and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and enough pineapple juice to make a smooth and spreadable icing.
