Peachy chicken
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 lb Chicken cut up
- 1 c Whole wheat flour
- 1 c White wine
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1/2 c Water
- 8 c Sliced peaches
- 1 c Chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Roll chicken in flour; place in baking dish. Melt together wine butter and water; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add peaches and walnuts. Bake another 1/2 hour to finish.
