Peanut butter crunch
Yield: 24 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Light corn syrup
- 1 c Granulated sugar
- 12 oz Crunchy peanut butter
- 6 c Crisp rice cereal
Instructions:
In a 2 quart microwavable container stir together syrup and sugar; cook on High 100% power about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Mix in cereal. Pour into an 8 x 12 inch butter pan. When mixture is cool cut into squares.
