Oyster sauce chicken (ho yow gei)
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Fryer cut in pieces
- 3/4 c Oyster flavored sauce
- 4 tb Soy sauce
- 2 Cloves garlic sliced
- 1 Small fresh ginger chopped
- 1 c Chicken stock
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. Add chicken to sauce and marinade for 3 hours or more. Remove chicken pieces and place under broiler for 25 minutes each side brushing chicken with sauce to keep moist. Serve with rice.
