Ozark pudding - reportedly a favorite of harr

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

• 2 Eggs
• 1 c Sugar
• 1 ts Vanilla
• 1/3 c All-purpose flour
• 1 tb Baking powder
• 1/8 ts Salt
• 2 c Apples peeled and chopped
• 1/2 c Walnuts

Instructions:

chopped Unsweetened whipped cream Poached apple slices In large mixer bowl beat together eggs sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir together flour baking powder and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Fold in apple and walnuts. Turn into greased and floured 9x9x2" baking pan. Bake in 325F oven 30-35 min. Spoon into dessert dishes.
